Team invites must be accepted by all 5 members within 5 minutes or the slot is released. Simply go back to the slot picker, choose your time, and register your team again. Your slot is not reserved until all teammates accept.
Prizes are paid within 24 hours of official results. If 24 hours have passed, contact us with your COD username and tournament details. We will investigate and resolve within the same day.
Log into your account dashboard on the platform. There is an "Edit UPI ID" option in your profile section. You can update it at any time before your next prize payout.
Since entry is free, there's no refund involved. Your team will be recorded as a no-show. If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from joining, contact us on Discord and we'll priority-book you into the next available event.
Post in Discord #report-player with the player's username and a screen recording or screenshot of the suspicious behaviour. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Yes. Because WarzOne Cups tournaments are completely free to enter and all prizes are sponsor-funded, participation is open to players across all Indian states. You must be 18 or older.
