ANTI-CHEAT
POLICY
Fair play is non-negotiable on WarzOne Cups. Every violation is investigated. Every confirmed cheat is banned. No exceptions.
1. Our Commitment to Fair Play
WarzOne Cups was built on a single non-negotiable principle: every player competes on a level playing field. Organiser-funded prizes are awarded on merit, which means any form of cheating is not just a rule violation — it's theft from legitimate players who competed fairly.
We invest in active moderation at every tournament. Every match has a moderator. Every result is verified. Every report is investigated. Confirmed cheaters are removed permanently — no exceptions, no second chances for critical violations.
This policy applies to all WarzOne Cups tournaments, community channels, and affiliated events.
2. Prohibited Violations
3. How We Detect Violations
Our detection approach is multi-layered:
- Live Moderation: Dedicated moderators monitor every tournament room in real time, watching for suspicious gameplay patterns
- Screenshot Verification: Top-10 players must submit end-screen screenshots. Our team cross-references placements from multiple players' submissions to detect inconsistencies
- Community Reports: Player-submitted reports with video or screenshot evidence are reviewed within 24 hours
- Pattern Analysis: Unusually consistent high placements, kill-to-death anomalies, and account behaviour patterns are flagged for review
- COD Mobile's Own Systems: Players banned by Activision's anti-cheat system are automatically ineligible for WarzOne Cups events
4. Penalty Summary
- Critical violations (hacks, account sharing, collusion): Permanent ban, immediate disqualification, complete forfeiture of all winnings
- High violations (teaming, falsified screenshots): 14–30 day ban, disqualification from current tournament, prize forfeiture
- Medium violations (unsportsmanlike conduct, intentional disconnect): Warning for first offence, escalating to 7-day ban for repeat violations
- All bans apply across the entire WarzOne Cups platform — website, Discord, and any affiliated events
- Disqualified players forfeit any prizes won in the affected tournament
5. How to Report a Violation
🚨 Submit a Report
Step 1: Gather evidence — screen recording of suspicious gameplay is ideal. Screenshots of in-game results or Discord messages are also accepted.
Step 2: Post in Discord #report-player channel with: (a) Reported player's COD username, (b) Tournament name and date, (c) Description of the violation, (d) Attached evidence.
Step 3: Our moderation team acknowledges your report within 24 hours and investigates. You will receive a follow-up on the outcome.
Important: False or malicious reports made to target innocent players will result in action against the reporting player. Report in good faith only.
6. Appeals Process
⚖️ Appealing a Ban
If you believe you were incorrectly banned, you may appeal within 7 days of the ban being issued.
Email [email protected] with subject: "Ban Appeal – [Your Username] – [Date of Ban]"
Include: Your account details, the ban reason you were given, and any evidence supporting your innocence (screen recordings, timestamps, etc.).
Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days by a senior admin. The decision following appeal review is final and non-negotiable.
Note: Critical violations (hacks, aimbots, unauthorized software) are non-appealable. The evidence threshold for these bans is high before action is taken.
7. Player Responsibility
You are fully responsible for any activity on your WarzOne Cups account, regardless of who is actually using it. Claiming that a family member, friend, or third party used your account is not a valid defence against fair play violations — account security is your responsibility.
By registering on WarzOne Cups, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Anti-Cheat Policy in full. Ignorance of the policy is not a valid defence.
