VIP GOLD PASS
REFUND POLICY
WarzOne Cups tournaments are completely free to enter — no participation fee, registration fee, or any charge is collected from players. There is nothing to refund for tournament entry. The only paid product is the optional VIP Gold Pass (₹499/month).
1. Tournament Entry — Always Free
All Daily Knockout, Weekend Finals, and Monthly MVP events are free to join. Since players pay nothing to compete, no refund is applicable for tournament participation under any circumstance — missed matches, disqualification, cancellation, or no-show.
If we cancel a tournament event, registered teams receive priority booking for the next equivalent event.
2. VIP Gold Pass — When Refunds Apply
A refund on the ₹499/month VIP Gold Pass is considered only in these situations:
- Duplicate payment: Charged twice for the same subscription due to a processing error.
- Charged in error: You did not intend to purchase and contact us within 24 hours, with no VIP benefits used.
- Activation failure: A verified platform-side technical failure prevented VIP from activating after payment was received.
3. VIP Gold Pass — Non-Refundable
- Changed your mind after VIP benefits were activated and used
- Forgot to cancel before monthly renewal
- Account terminated for Terms of Service or Fair Play violations
- UTR submitted incorrectly and VIP was not activated — contact support within 24 hours instead
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with subject: "VIP Refund Request – [Your Username]"
- Include your registered email, COD username, and the UTR number of the VIP payment
- Submit within 48 hours of the charge
We review all requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original UPI ID within 5 business days.
