These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WarzOne Cups ("Platform"), operated by Robbin Singh, New Delhi, India ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, entering a tournament, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About the Platform: WarzOne Cups is an online esports tournament platform that organises skill-based multiplayer gaming competitions (currently focused on Call of Duty: Mobile) for entertainment and sporting purposes. We are not a betting or gambling platform and do not offer games of chance. All tournament outcomes are determined exclusively by player skill, strategy, and in-game performance.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in WarzOne Cups tournaments.
• Tournaments are free to enter — no participation fee is charged. You must be a resident of India.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Cash prize transfers are not available to residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, and Assam pending applicable state regulations. Players from these states may register, compete, and earn leaderboard points, but cash winnings cannot be transferred to them. Tamil Nadu and all other Indian states are fully eligible.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Fair Play Policy, or Community Rules without prior notice.

3. Tournament Participation

• Tournament entry is free — no participation fee is charged at any point. Registration confirmation is immediate upon slot selection.
• You must join the tournament room within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. Late joiners forfeit their slot and are recorded as no-show.
• Room IDs and Passwords are distributed via our Discord server 15 minutes before match time. You are responsible for joining our Discord in advance.
• Tournament results are determined by in-game placements as verified by moderators reviewing end-screen screenshots submitted by participating teams.
• We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tournament at our sole discretion. In case of cancellation, registered teams receive priority booking for the next equivalent event.

4. Free Entry & Prize Payouts

WarzOne Cups tournaments are free to enter. No participation fee, registration fee, or service charge is collected from players in connection with tournament entry. The only paid product is the optional VIP Gold Pass (₹499/month), a community membership with cosmetic and community perks only.

• Prizes are pre-announced and fixed before each competition period and are funded entirely by the organiser and/or sponsors — not from player fees.
• Prize payouts are made to the UPI ID registered in your account within 24 hours of official results being verified. You are responsible for ensuring your UPI ID and PAN details are accurate.
• VIP Gold holders receive community benefits (Gold Discord role, VIP badge, lounge access, poll votes, stream credits, priority support). VIP status has zero effect on slot allocation, seeding, points, or prize eligibility — these are identical for all participants.
• Prizes won through violation of our Fair Play Policy will be forfeited entirely.
• 30% TDS is deducted from cash prizes per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act before payout. A TDS certificate is issued.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by UPI network issues, bank processing times, or incorrect UPI IDs provided by players.

5. Skill-Based Competition

All tournaments on WarzOne Cups are skill-based esports competitions. Outcomes depend entirely on players' individual skill, strategy, reaction time, and in-game decisions.

• No random number generators, loot wheels, lucky draws, or games of chance are used to determine winners or prizes.
• You may not use unauthorized software, macros, aimbots, or any tool that artificially enhances your performance. See our Anti-Cheat Policy for full details.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or deliberate result manipulation is a serious violation of these Terms.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Treat all players, moderators, and staff with respect
• Not use hacks, mods, or any unauthorized software during matches
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not engage in teaming, collusion, or any form of match manipulation
• Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against any community member
• Comply with our full Community Rules and Fair Play Policy as detailed on our FAQ page

Violations may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of winnings at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the WarzOne Cups platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, tournament structures, website design, and branding — is the intellectual property of WarzOne Cups. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Call of Duty: Mobile is a registered trademark of Activision Publishing, Inc. WarzOne Cups is an independent tournament platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Activision or its subsidiaries.

8. Limitation of Liability

WarzOne Cups provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, tournament availability, or prize budget amounts beyond what is explicitly stated on each tournament listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarzOne Cups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed ₹500 or the VIP subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms without prior notice. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and any pending tournament registrations are cancelled.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
